Help & support
Safentora is Android-first and in early access, so support is handled by the engineers who build it. Start with the pages below — if they don't cover it, write to us and a person will read it.

Answers without waiting
Most questions we receive are covered in detail on one of these four pages.
FAQ
Data ownership, monitoring ethics, deletion, and what the app will never do — answered plainly, with proof links.
Permissions explained
Every permission the app requests, why it needs it, and what breaks if you decline it. Documented down to the manifest line.
Install & pair a device
Getting the app onto a child's phone and pairing it with a QR code, including what the child sees during setup.
Privacy policy
What is collected, who can see it, how long it is kept, and the controls you have over all of it.
Contact
Talk to a human
Three inboxes, all read by people on the team. Pick the one that fits and you'll skip a routing step.
Support & general
Setup help, pairing trouble, billing and account questions, feedback, misuse reports — anything that doesn't fit the other two.
Typically answered within 2 business days.
Privacy & data rights
Access, export, correction, and deletion requests, or questions about the privacy policy.
Verified requests completed within 30 days.

What helps us answer faster
Tell us the device model and Android version, whether the problem is on the parent phone or the child phone, and what you saw on screen. If a permission prompt was involved, say which one — most pairing and location reports come down to a permission that was declined or revoked later.
Please don't send passwords, pairing codes, or screenshots containing them. We never need them, and a pairing code in an inbox is a pairing code someone else could use. If you believe an account is already compromised, change the password first — that revokes every active session — and then write to security@scientistshublabs.dev.
We're a small team in early access, so we'd rather give you an honest timeline than an automated ticket number. The Security page lists what's built and what's still on the roadmap, in public.
